What is a RiskTrack Community?

A RiskTrack Community is a private, secure network that you can create within the app. It's a closed group where members can share real-time safety alerts, request help, and ensure everyone stays connected and protected. Think of it as a dedicated family safety channel that is always active and aware.

Unlike public feeds, your community is a private space for your trusted circle. Only members with a unique invitation code can join, ensuring that your network remains secure and reliable.

How It Works: Your Secure Network in Three Steps

Creating and managing your own community is simple. RiskTrack empowers all users to take control and build their network.

Create Your Community

You can easily create your own community and set its name and details. This establishes your private safety hub.

Invite Members

Once your community is created, you can invite others to join your private network by sharing a unique community code. This code ensures that only people you trust can become a part of your group.

Manage Roles

To ensure the community runs smoothly, there are different user roles, each with specific permissions

Owner:

The creator of the community. The owner has full control to add or remove admins and members.

Admin:

Assists the owner in managing the community. Admins can add new members and help oversee the group’s safety.

Member:

The standard user within the community. Members can view alerts and send help requests.

Custom Notify Lists

In a private community, you can define your own Custom Notify List. In the event of an emergency, you can instantly alert a specific group of members, ensuring that the right people are notified without delay.

Community Help Requests

If a member needs immediate assistance, they can send a help request directly to the community’s owner and admins. This allows for a quick, coordinated response from within the group.
